Our commitment to quality is documented at every stage of production. OKTO SA operates certified management systems and produces structural components bearing the CE marking to EN 1090 — covering structures up to Execution Class EXC3 — accompanied by a Declaration of Performance (DoP). Factory Production Control and full material traceability ensure that every structure meets the requirements of the specific project, from design to installation

QUALITY ASSURANCE IN PRACTICE
- Raw-material inspection with certificates and heat-number matching to each component
- Approved welding procedures (WPS/WPQR) & qualified welders, under a welding coordinator
- Full-spectrum non-destructive testing (NDT): visual testing (VT) on all welds and, depending on the execution class and weld type, magnetic particle (MT), penetrant (PT), ultrasonic (UT) and radiographic (RT) testing
- Inspection of essential & functional tolerances to EN 1090, before and after erection
- Corrosion protection according to the corrosivity category
- Passive fire protection (PFP): application of intumescent (fire-resistant) coatings, where required by the project's fire-safety study, in strict compliance with the specifications of the supplier's certified system
- Hot-dip galvanizing to EN ISO 1461, where required, at certified partner galvanizing plants
- Complete quality dossier per project (DoP, material certificates, inspection reports)
